The site is owned by Hillside School. The application will enable the school to move to modern fit for purpose premises within the site. If planning permission is granted the site will be put up for sale to a housebuilder. The site has not been marketed to date and there is no housebuilder at present. This is a deliberate strategy and it is anticipated that the site will attract considerable interest.
Yes. 25% of the houses will be affordable, in line with Fife Council’s current policy. It is anticipated that there will be a mix of tenures including housing association, mid-market rent, shared equity and low cost home ownership.
